There was a season of my life where everything cracked open at once.

My marriage ended.

My identity unraveled.

My entire life stopped making sense.

And my spirituality?

That wasn’t some peaceful movie moment.

It was uncomfortable.

Disorienting.

Raw.

The kind of transformation that forces you to face yourself whether you’re ready or not.

At the same time, life was also rebuilding me in beautiful ways.

I remarried.

We built a blended family.

And somehow, in the middle of all the chaos, I found a deeper kind of love, stability, and gratitude than I had ever experienced before.

Then life hit even harder.

I went through serious health complications that led to me dying on the operating table and being brought back.

That changes a person.

You stop obsessing over things that don’t matter.

You stop performing.

You stop living on autopilot.

You start looking at your life differently.

Your relationships.

Your work.

Your purpose.

Your time.

Your decisions.

Everything becomes painfully clear.

What I realized during that season is something most people never say out loud:

You can be deeply intuitive, spiritually aware, intelligent, and self-aware… and still have no clue what to do with your life.

You can feel called to more and still feel completely stuck.

That was the space I lived in for years.

I knew there was something bigger in me.

I just didn’t know how to turn it into a real life.

So I learned.

I learned how to take everything I carried naturally—my intuition, my voice, my experiences, my gifts—and build a life and business around it.

Not through fantasy.

Not through pretending to “manifest” my way out of reality.

But through clarity.

Decision-making.

Discernment.

Action.

And learning how to trust myself again.

That became the foundation of my work.
